New year, new website, same ol' me?

Here we are, it's 2025, I've upgraded my website, I'm learning new software, I'm taking new photos, I'm doing all the things... but I'm not super stoked about it. Honestly, I'd rather be chainstitching. That's where my true excitement lives.

I have a garment rack filled with vintage leather jackets, women's 1950's-era crisp white cotton shirts, vintage felt-lined windbreakers, Dickies work shirts, shop coveralls, and retro wool Pendleton waiting to be customized. I have yards and yard of cotton broadcloth waiting to be cut and sewn into my Lucky Rabbit's Foot tunics. More banners all designed and ready to go. I just don't want to be sitting in front of the computer. I want to be stitching at my machine.

But if I don't get this site built. If I don't tell you who I am and what I'm making and where I'll be vending, then you won't know. And it's *you* who I am doing this for. And I have to be able to communicate with you, and you have to be able to communicate with me. If I want my business to grow and to thrive, then I have to step a little bit further outside of my comfort zone. This is the step.

I am not going to be the same ol' me in 2025: quietly working away in my private studio. I am going to be the new me in 2025: quietly working away in my private studio, but also blogging, sharing photos, videos, whatever.
